Can buyers request samples?
Yes. Sample availability, cost and dispatch terms are reviewed after receiving the product and application details.
Can I request custom specifications?
Yes. Share your target grade, form, application and acceptance criteria so sourcing suitability can be assessed.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Custom packaging enquiries can be reviewed subject to product suitability, quantity and supplier capability.
Can I request private labeling?
Private-label options may be available and are assessed against packaging, quantity and destination requirements.
Which Incoterms can I request?
You may request EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR or CIF, or select Not Sure for a discussion based on your requirement.
Do you arrange international freight?
Freight coordination and destination-based quotation requests can be reviewed. No freight price is confirmed until shipment details are known.
What documents may be available?
Commercial, origin, COA, lab and shipping documentation may be available depending on the product, supplier, order and destination.
Can I request a product not listed?
Yes. Use the quote form and choose Other / Custom Requirement. Sourcing feasibility will be assessed without guaranteeing availability.
How do I request a quotation?
Complete the quote form with the product, quantity, destination, packaging and preferred commercial term.
